24k-worldz are all about our products, how we make them and how our customers feel about them. We pride ourselves on our experience and service, personal attention and integrity.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
In order to make purchases through the site, you will need to provide your personal details such as, name, address, contact number and email address. Furthermore, when you order, you will be required to provide valid payment details whereby you agree we can use the details to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks.
You will only be able to checkout on the relative website. All EU orders must change to the EU version of the website from the top navigation menu. All ROW orders must change to the ROW version of the website from the top navigation menu.

Payment can be made using only the methods above, and payment for your full order will be taken immediately. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method.
All Payments are Secure.
All agreements of your offer to purchase goods are entirely subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via e-mail or web is not a guarantee of delivery. In the event the items you have ordered are not available, you will be contacted, and alternative or a full refund offered. If we are only able to fulfil part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, then on dispatch a full refund for the unavailable goods will be made.
We aim to delivery all orders as quickly as possible. We use Parcel Force for all our UK deliveries, and DHL for all our international deliveries. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors that may cause delays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will email you confirmation of your tracking details. You can also log in to your account on the website to track your order history. Please allow a few hours before tracking to allow the carrier to update their system.
Our website returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us (24k-worldz Will not be responsible for any returns costs) within 28 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn and are not in original condition.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the transit. Once your Item(s) have been received, please allow 3-5 working days to be processed, at which point you will be notified the refund or exchange has taken place.
Please note that returns can only be processed to the original purchaser, if you are returning a gift, please contact the original purchaser to do this for you.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER 24k-worldz Ltd will always be happy to cancel your order, to do this you can contact customer services through the. Unfortunately it will not always be possible to stop the order if this has already been picked up by the delivery company, once the item is back with 24k-worldz Ltd we will process your refund, however R.E 24k-worldz will not be liable for the postage and packaging costs should this be the case. (or any customs/duties charges you may have paid)
